A HEDIS Compliance Audit is designed to examine whether or not an organization has processes in place to generate accurate and reliable data that can be used with a degree of certainty for HEDIS reporting. There are two parts to the HEDIS Compliance Audit. Part 1 is Information System Capabilities and Part 2 is HEDIS Specifications Standards.
